Why does Scrollscore's number differ from iOS Settings?+
Scrollscore pulls the same data Apple's Screen Time uses, but through a background extension that updates on iOS's schedule — so during the day the number can lag by a few minutes. By the time you tap Post tomorrow, yesterday's total will match Apple's exactly.
How do I grant Screen Time access?+
When you first sign up, Scrollscore asks for Screen Time access via iOS's system prompt. If you tapped “Don't Allow,” go to iOS Settings → Screen Time → Apps with Screen Time Access → Scrollscore and enable it.
Can I delete my account and all my data?+
Yes. Open Scrollscore → Settings → Delete Account. All posts, follows, and account info are removed from our servers. Backups clear within 30 days.
Do you share my data with anyone?+
Only with the specific service providers we use to run Scrollscore (hosting, authentication, AI for tips), and only what's needed for each to function. We don't sell data. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
I forgot my password.+
If you signed up with email, tap “Sign In” on the login screen and contact support@scrollscoreapp.com — we're adding a self-serve reset flow shortly. If you signed up with Apple or Google, password recovery goes through those providers directly.
How do I join or leave the TestFlight beta?+
Once invited, install the TestFlight app from the App Store, then open your invite link on your iPhone. To leave, open TestFlight → Scrollscore → scroll to the bottom and tap “Stop Testing.”
The feed is empty. What gives?+
Scrollscore's feed is friends-only by default — if you haven't added anyone yet, tap Find People on the Home tab to search by name, contacts, or username. Sliding to the “Global” tab shows the community feed.
